Okay so this post may be a month late...but better late than never!

Seeing Santa for the first time!

A little Christmas Eve bowling:) Yes, I think my Husband is a stud:)

4 strikes! What! I struggle to even get 1 strike every time. 

Tom did amazing as usual. He is a naturally talented bowler;)

My Dad played Santa this year. It was so fun! He came to Tom's parents house and surprised all of the kids. He even memorized all of their names before he came. It was so cute. He did such a great job and I think it was magical for all of the kids

12 Months

I am ONE mommy!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACKSON!!!

Cake for the first time. He enjoyed the first bite, but then didn't care for all of the frosting on his fingers. It was fun to watch him eat his first piece of cake and make a huge mess. 

He got a visit from both of his grandparents. We didn't get a picture of Grandma and Grandpa Miller:( and sorry Mom for your face being cut off! He loves the grandparents. That was probably his best b-day gift. Who cares about unwrapping gifts when you are a one year old? Not Jackson! It was kind of a rough day for his first birthday. We had to go to the doctor because of a cold and ear infection. Poor guy. But we decided to celebrate regardless. He was a trooper!

LOS HERMANOS

A couple of weeks ago we went to Los Hermanos to celebrate my sister's b-day. Happy birthday Janae! He does really well in restaurants, except for the fact that he is SOOO loud. Little stinker:)  

It has been quite the year! I can't believe that a year has flown by just like that. Being a mom is the best/hardest thing I have ever done and I wouldn't change it for anything. I love Jackson so much! It has been amazing to see him grow, progress, and learn this first year. He is getting so smart and I am slightly sad about how fast he is growing up. His newest thing that he is doing now is handing me his coat, hat, and shoes to go outside. It's cute, except for the fact that its freezing outside! Boy, are we ready for summer and the pool. He is doing so much better with eating a lot of different foods. So, I have started to ween him. To be honest I think I have had a harder time with it than he has! We are to morning and night feedings now and he is doing pretty well. He is also sleeping a lot better which helps so much. He brings so much love and laughter into our home:) Here is to another year!!!!!!
