Post run in the rain from my house to my parents house. Crazy day. But I was so glad to have my good friend Lauren run it with me.

HALLOWEEN TIME!

Our favorite fall tradition...The Pumpkin Walk. It is free and the BEST outing! We go every year and absolutely love it. The day was extremely warm so we had to make do with a costume that wasn't as hot as his skunk costume, so Jack could get a free donut!

HALF MARATHON!!! Thankful 13 on Thanksgiving Day. What a trial! Seriously, I am not a runner. I don't love it. I actually kind of hate it. Especially training in the cold! But, we have wanted to do one of these for a long time. It felt so great to accomplish this goal!

I had no idea at the time, but I was a week pregnant when we ran this. Crazy! No wonder why I felt SO sick and tired after...

My Birthday!

We found out on December 6th that we are expecting our second child! We are thrilled, scared, overwhelmed, and excited! I can't believe it is happening. I LOVE being a mom, but it really is the most challenging thing I have ever done. I hope and pray that the pregnancy will continue to go smoothly. We are so excited for Jackson to have a sibling! I am due on August 13th and am 12 weeks along.

4 weeks PREGO

Bought a car! Chevy Malibu. The opportunity came up so fast, but it was an amazing deal and we have been needing another car for awhile now. I am grateful that my Dad works for the church and was able to get us a discount! I feel very blessed that we were able to pay for it all in cash with no car payment or debt! With that, we sold our golf which was great, but also sad as that was our first car that we shared together being married. So many memories!

 JACKSON'S 2 YEAR OLD BIRTHDAY!!!!!

We had such a great time at Kangaroo Zoo. He LOVES that place. He was pretty ornery when we came home and refused to nap...but that all changed when he got to open presents and eat cake. Oh he is such a 2 year old...let me tell you! Love this kid like crazy!

My sweet nephew Edmond fell asleep sitting in my arms. Oh those precious moments! This was at my sister's homecoming. Love family time.

We took a little trip to Vernal. Tom worked and I got to play with my sister! The hotel was awful and we got no sleep, but still so much fun to be with Janae and her cute kids!

First time going to the temple with my sister since she has been home. Oh how great it is to have her home!

DATE NIGHT...my favorite thing ever! Doesn't happen often enough! We went to Malawi's pizza. Amazing! We loved it! 

Sunday Snuggles

What a crazy 6 months! Can't believe our world is going to change completely again in the next 6 months when we have another little one. Jackson has been such a fun child! We love him so much. It is SO fun to watch him learn and grow. He is talking SO MUCH. Some of his favorite things right now are Thomas the Train, cars, trains, anything with wheels, airplanes, eggs, cereal, being outside, reading books, watching shows, hugging mommy, mommy's hair, nursery, etc. He says I love you which is like my favorite thing ever. Being a mom is SO SO hard and there are days where I am just tired and feel like giving up, but no matter how hard it gets I wouldn't change anything. I am so grateful for a healthy boy! He makes us smile and laugh everyday.
